Festive Dining

Eat, Drink and Be Merry at The Kingfisher and with a variety of dining options available you’re sure to find the perfect way to celebrate.

If you are looking for festive dining throughout December then join us for lunch or dinner in our warm and friendly surroundings. Enjoy a two or three course meal followed by coffee and mince pies or treat yourself to a festive afternoon tea, complete with seasonal sandwiches and festive cakes.

For those who deserve being waited on this year, come and join us for a very special Christmas Day lunch. You will enjoy a glass of Kir Royale or Prosecco and canapés upon arrival to start lunch off on a high, then enjoy a delicious five course festive feast with your loved one/s followed by coffee and mince pies.

Then onto Boxing Day, the main event might be over but the festivities are definitely not! Join us for a relaxed (and/or) boozy Boxing Day lunch – the perfect post Christmas tonic!

Christmas Party Nights

Our renowned party nights are back with a bang! As we celebrate our first full year since opening we want to do it in style… our iconic 13th century Tithe Barn is a magical setting when decked out in all it’s Christmas finery. Join us with your colleagues and friends for the best party night in town. Your evening will include;

  • A glass of chilled Prosecco upon arrival 
  • A delicious three course festive dinner with all the trimmings
  • Coffee and mince pies
  • Disco and dancing with our resident DJ until midnight

Wednesday and Thursday – £40 per person
Friday and Saturday – £45 per person
Sundays – £35 per person

New Year's Eve Break

Join us for the best night of the year! We will be hosting THE best party in Bedford. A chilled glass of Champagne for arrival followed by a sumptuous five course dinner, DJ, dancing and a glass of Prosecco at midnight.

Celebrations will go on until 1am and then you will retire to your well-appointed Double or Twin room. Wake up at your leisure and then enjoy a Full English or Continental breakfast – a great start to 2024!

Priced at £157.50 per person – go on, have a NYE to remember!

New Year's Eve Gala

Join us for the best night of the year! We will be hosting THE best party in Bedford. A chilled glass of Champagne and canapés for arrival followed by a sumptuous five course dinner, DJ, dancing and a glass of Prosecco and bacon rolls at midnight. Celebrations will go on until 1am - the ONLY place to see in 2024. Please note that a £20 deposit is required on booking which is unfortunately non refundable and non transferable. The final balance and menu pre-orders are due by 17th November.
